I have been tracking my food on the daily plate since new years day. I've been truthful with it and so far it's working good. I've set it for 2000 calories per day for now. Will go down to the 1800 that I would rather have it at, and doctor actually says 2200 to start, but I want a little less than that. I feel better keeping track it makes me want to eat a little healthier when I have it all to look at. Today was not the best eating day, skipped breakfast and then had decent lunch I think, but dinner was rushed when we got home from shopping and everyone was very hungry. We had subs and my sweet craving even had me fixing a small sundae for myself. My brother's fault, he bought me a sunae kit for christmas. I've been good about it though and ate it in the little bowls the set came with and put very little toppings, mostly banana slices on it. There are no over night mircles with my eating or weight loss and the best times I've had with it came from taking it slowly down. I've stayed in the calorie range for the three days I've been tracking it though, so that's an accomplishment I think.

Was going to have a lazy night with just watching movies, but I've got to many things to do around here. I could put them off until tomorrow, but everyone going back to school I would rather get most of it done tonight instead of last minute. Although I will sit down with the husband to watch Eagle Eye in a few hours.
