So it's been about ten days since I posted here. But the good news is I'm still hanging in there. Doing the eating and exercising like I should. Well no real exercise today, but I did clean house for a couple hours, so I didn't just sit on butt.
The good news is that when I weighed at my parents house tonight the scale was down right at 15 pounds from a month ago when I weighed there. The hard work is paying off. Feels great. If I can just stay on track and in this frame of mind. I've been completely into it again. Even got through some major depression this month several times. My depressive times usually do make me eat a lot. I just don't care what I eat when I'm down, usually. But this time I wasn't giving in. I've still cut out all sweets, with the exception of one day a week if I really need it.
