So yesterday I didn't count calories, but I know I did stay right within range. Basically ate weight watcher meals and had grilled chicken and salad. The bowl of cereal after dinner might have sent it over some, but with the day I had staying mostly on track was amazing. I did end up taking a nerve pill, homeopathic one. They work, only have to take half of one. Very calming and relaxing. I actually slept last night. Of course I was awake about every half hour or so, but went right back to sleep. More rested than I've been in a very long time.

So I'm working through a big thing right now and still eating good and on the treadmill every evening. That's a big deal. Usually when in a time of depression and maybe a little bit paranoia episode I can't do it. It's tough but I'm trying.
