Today was a mixture of good and bad health wise. I didn't eat very well for parts of the day, but I did get in 40 minutes of walking. The first half was a little slower pace, but I have to do that for warm up or my legs will start hurting and throw the whole walk. But that last half of the walk was very fast paced and the two kids I had with me were having a little trouble keeping up.

Now for the food, I had a burger from DQ. I had fries from McGreasy, but because they were so very, very greasy I gave them to the husband instead. The burger I know had a lot of calories and fat I don't need, but it was so good and totally hit the spot. It wasn't my idea to eat out, t was the husband's. But I'm guilty of going along with it. And just after I came home with some of the light freezer meals I was talking about buying and having around so I could get in small portions and the right amount of everything that way.

But I will not stress over it and bring myself down or give up. Tomorrow is another day with plenty of opportunity for eating right and lots more activity.
