Breakfast: 2 fried eggs cooked in spray not butter, 1 slice ham, 1 fresh peach
Lunch: Slice deli cheddar cheese, wasn't hungry at all
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, baby carrots, green beans, salad/light dressing &soy bacon bits
Snack: small bowl of Fruity Pebbles/skim milk

Exercise: 1 1/2 mile walk outside
