Breakfast: grilled chicken breast with slice of ham, green tea
snack: peach
Lunch: 1/2 cup fruity pebbles with skim milk
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, salad, spinach, 1 serving ranch rice cakes
snack: light butter micro popcorn
I really plan on updating here again and not just listing food, but haven't had the time. The plan is to start doing it daily again. I was reading an article on losing weight by blogging and got me thinking seriously about it again.
