Breakfast: 1cup oatmeal squares cereal, skim milk
Snack:
Lunch: 4 slices of homemade pizza topped with chicken, spinach, and light on the 2% milk cheese
Dinner: 3 slices leftover pizza, salad, 4 boneless chicken wings
Snack:

It's been a bad weekend on food choices, but at this point I'm not into caring. Feeling blah I'm sure I'll care in the next day or two when I feel crappy from it. I've felt this horrible emptiness all day today and tried to fill it with food apparently. And it's not worked it's still there.
