Have you ever looked at some of the nutrition info for restaurants? It's much higher than we usually think. I was just looking at steamed broccoli from Ruby Tuesdays, how is there like 8g of fat in steamed broccoli? And things with veggies in them that sound light, are so not. I was reading on another blog where someone ate a spinach and mushroom quiche at Ruby Tuesdays and thought they didn't do too bad. More like 673 calories and 44g of fat. Wow, it's always so shocking for me to see these amounts. It seems like they could make things a little lighter in food places and they would still taste good.
