I am glad to say that yesterday was a good eating day. I kept it light and no binge eating at night. The husband and I talked and worked through some things a little bit. We both felt better.
Today has gone well so far. I've been really tired all day, so I haven't done much, but I've eaten very light so far. I had to take my daughter to the doctor this morning for a sinus infection and I didn't get a lot of sleep. Then when we got home I couldn't take a nap, could only sleep for a couple of minutes and wake up, just like I did last night. That's where part of my bad eating comes from, always being tired, day and night, but not being able to sleep well. I did purchase some homeopathic sleep aid that works better than the kind that I had before. If you take just the right amount, which says 7-10 globules, but I've found for me that 2 or 3 work just fine without giving me a drugged feeling. They just make me slowly doze off like I would if I was normal when it comes to sleep. But anyway last night they didn't keep me asleep. I think that was knowing that I had to get up early and get out the door.
Oh and yesterday when I was getting all mentally psyched up again, I watched Supersize Me on Netflix while I was washing dishes. That is major motivation. That's like the third time I've watched it.
