I couldn't finish my workout tonight because of severe leg pain. And now I am in such a bad mood. When that happens I just feel like a big failure. Even though I know that tomorrow will probably be a great workout or walk or whatever I do. But right now it feels horrible. I'm on my way now to visit some of the weight loss sites and blogs that I visit for motivation.

You tried, and that is a victory. You can work through the feelings *without* food. It is hard when you force yourself to just sit with the feelings, but it is also the beginning of healing.
You can change your life, but you have to start with *you.* I am cheering you on! Try again, never give up.
