I forgot how easy it is to get into doing a Richard Simmons dance video. I use to have one of the Sweating to the Oldies years ago, but couldn't find it anywhere. I had been meaning to get one of them from the library for a long time now and always managed to forget. I finally got one a few weeks ago and I've only done it three times in like three weeks. It's hard to get myself into doing it, but once I get started it's so fun. It makes me feel so good. I just did 45 minutes of Dance Your Pants Off. It's a full body dance workout. Now if I could just get myself into doing this a few times a week, each week. I might see some weight loss going on again. I'm going to try.

Well I am soaked with sweat so I'm off to go shower now.

The weirdest thing just happened, hubby just came up hallway, dressed for work and it's only 11:10. Asked him what he was doing and he said it's time for work. I asked him if he was feeling ok, cause it's only after 11. He said the alarm had gone off, but it hadn't when I just looked, set for 5 still. He went back to bed, I told him he obviously was dreaming. Got a little laugh out of it anyway.


Breakfast: egg, ham and cheese sandwich made at home, water
Snack: none
Lunch: none, whoops didn't mean to skip, but was cleaning and then took quick nap and was back to being too busy to be hungry, did get a few glasses of water in though
Dinner: bowl leftover homemade chili, half baked potato/sour cream, 1 very small slice of corn casserole, water
