Not the best day of eating right, but I kept it on track just a little bit. I also did some of the 2 mile walk dvd. Would have done more, but my foot was killing me due to my shoes that need replacing. Wish the weather was better for tomorrow, rain and snow. Tuesday is looking just a little better cold, but no rain or snow. So hopefully a nice long walk outside again. I like doing that much better.
I have been really annoyed at myself for getting this way. It just really sucks after getting in shape before and losing come weight and then having to start over again. That failure feeling is so hard. Trying not to let it get me down and affect my work on it now.
It's hard also because exercise turns my mood the opposite of what I am when I start. If I'm in a great mood then I'll do it and then turn to just a horrible mood. If I'm in a bad mood it will usually lift me back up, but not for long and then I'll bottom out just after cooling down. I'm hoping as I get back into it a little that will change. I can't remember if it did before or not.
