I am once again trying to get back on track. Meaning I'm getting back to the daily exercise and better diet again. I haven't strayed far on the diet part, but I haven't been getting the exercise part for the past month.
I've let myself make excuses during this time. The "I'm not feeling good enough" or "I don't have time today" or "I'll just skip today and get back to it tomorrow". I'm through with these excuses.
The husband is planning on joining me this time. I'm going to plan out a few meals each week and stick with them. I read on someone else's site that they had found something like four meals and that's what they stuck with. They didn't really make different things each day for quite some time. Which is fairly simple for the husband and I. I know that we will have to switch up some, because everyone gets tired of the same old thing daily, but I want to keep it to such a small choice that we will not stray from the good stuff while trying to think what to make.
I'm searching the net for lots of motivation and information. It's not like I don't know most of all the basics, but there is always new ideas and imformation out there I know. If I find new or interesting ideas I will be posting them here.
Also I have decided to keep track right here of what is eaten daily. Maybe that will help me, especially if I keep it completely honest.
