I was just logging some food for today over at the daily plate. Now I have gone the opposite way and I'm not getting enough calories again. I think the past week I've barely gotten over a 1000 calories a day. I'm always told I'm one extreme or the other with everything I do. Just following through I guess.

I'm going to start going to my parents house a couple of days a week again and walk with them in the evenings. I guess as soon as the kids get home I'll have to leave to get there when they usually walk. They have doubled up a few of the paths and now it's like 3 miles or more. I wish we had a place like that to walk on our land. It's so much easier on the feet and legs than walking on pavement.

It's so cold out today I'm just going to walk on the treadmill in a bit. Oh pizza delivery just went by, tempting but not going to do it. For dinner I'm making a chicken, broccoli, rice casserole. I make it with a very small amount of cheese, it also uses miracle whip. It's really good and seems so light. And simple because I have already cooked chicken to go in it. It only involved stirring and baking. I am completely not into cooking lately which is a big part of my problem. I rely on quicker foods to much. I go through it every little bit, sometimes I cook daily and sometimes even once a week is just to much.
