I'm not online at night, going to bed at 10 every night again instead, so I'm having to post in the mornings. Yesterday was a good day. Since I had actually slept the night before I was able to get things done, so I spent a few hours on my feet and cleaning. Also good because I came across some pictures and saw myself from late last year I think it was and that was motivating. When I went to the store I picked up what the hubby wanted for dinner. Guess he was celebrating Cinco De Mayo, because he wanted chicken and cheese taquitos. They are not light though. I chose BBQ chicken for sandwiches for the kids and veggies. And I had a sweet n sour healthy choice meal with a small side salad and a bite of mixed nuts. It was a go to store and buy quick things kind of night since I was busy all day. Better than eating out, which we are avoiding except maybe once or twice a month again.
Still no sweets. And I'm fine with it now. That's why the mixed nuts, when I need a little sugar pick me up I have those instead. It works.

Exercise: 15 minutes on treadmill, I ran out of time and it was almost bedtime, so I upped the incline a lot more and went faster. I parked far away from the 2 stores I went to and walked all the way around the store to get to what I needed just for the extra steps.
