Frying eggs in cooking spray instead of butter, well it just isn't the same. And eating fruit instead of chocolate or some other yummy dessert when having a bad craving, well it's certainly not the same. But I am willing to do it. For me, for my health, for my life.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs in spray, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 can mandarin oranges, water, cup warm green tea/dash sugar in it
Snack:none
Lunch: Can creamy tomato soup on hand
Dinner: Turkey chiil
Snack: little cheddar and roast turkey meat
