I have walked for about 2 weeks now, everyday. I've stopped buying sweets, although husband's birthday was yesterday and he made a chess cake and I did have a little bit. Well it was a piece, but I did try being really good about it. And I got the kids three fresh baked cookies while out today and I only bought the three so I wouldn't even have one. The only sweet thing I bought this weekend was a pack of caramel corn rice cakes for the time when I really want something sweet and can't resist.

The thing that's on my mind tonight is the fact that I need to make a doctor's appointment and that means I have to be weighed. I want to see if there is any difference, but I also don't want to know, because I'm afraid it will throw me off track again like many times before.

One thing I know that messes up my eating and exercising is my sleep problems. So I'm starting to work on that also. Last night I went to bed at 12:30 and tonight I'll be there again, if the washing machine gets done by then. I didn't sleep all that great last night, but it's a start. I went to sleep for an hour, woke up for a bit, then slept for about an hour and a half before I gave up and got up at 4:30. I know that if I can get normal sleep again it will help me feel more like moving and eating better. When I go to the doctor I might see about getting some pills that will help, it has gotten that bad.

We were out running an errand this evening and hubby wanted a couple snackers from KFC, so I got one also since I wanted to eat quickly and get my walk done after that before it was too late. I just looked it up and it only had 260 cal. and 9g fat. Sure I could have had something better and less salty I'm sure, but it was a better decision than many other fast food options. I was afraid it would be way more than that.

Exercise: 40 minute walk outside
Breakfast: homemade breakfast burrito- eggs, sprinkle cheese, tortilla and salsa
Lunch: banana, weight watchers cheesecake yogurt
Dinner: 1 serving spinach dip, half serving wheat thins, nectarine, banana, 1 KFC ultimate cheese snacker
Snack: cheese stick
